Tell me about it... I work in a female-dominated environment. It's massive bitching day in-day out. That's why I'm so relieved to finally get to move to areas where there are more male nurses around.

Put too many women together and the bitch factor just increases tremendously.

Last time, she said no need to report to her and i was so happy...but she loves to micro-manage the report/things i do and i ended up hv to report to her again...
